WTF Wednesday

Italian Tofurky Sandwich for lunch.
Salad with Goddess Dressing..
and leftover Jambalaya Rice Mix and Butler's Soy Curls for dinner.
Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

FF, there's only one portion left of the Jambalaya. Really incredible value if you're into eating lots of spicy rice.
