Thursday, June 9th

A long leisurely lunch in a frosty cold mall was enjoyed at Brio. The 'Citrus Garden Salad' $9.95 Fresh Linguine tossed with Spinach, Peppers, Carrots, Scallions, Basil, Cilantro, Dried Cranberries, Slivered Almonds, Lemon Vinaigrette and topped with a spicy citrus glaze.
Morningstar Vegan Grillers and Pasta Salad for dinner.
A Magical Coconut Cookie Bar for dessert.

Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

OMG that salad looks phenomenal!!! and the burgers are a perfect summer dinner on this excrutiatingly hot day...and of course you can't go wrong with one of your super scrumptious desserts!!

That pasta dish sounds really interesting! Cranberries, cilantro and scallions on pasta are something I never would have imagined. I might have to break my distaste for pasta and make it...

I haven't had chopped relish in so long. Looks yummy. I remember when you used to frequent Brio - but looks like you've found better stuff. The salad looks okay, though.
