WF's Roasted Red Pepper Hummus on an Ezekiel English Muffin for lunch...
Soy Roll with Spicy Sauce, Steamed Collards and the rest of the Jambalaya Rice.
In honor of National Donut Day, I made the only vegan Donut Recipe I could find.
These aren't light and fluffy, but they are pretty decent and easy to make.
Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

UH WHAT DONUT DAY?? I'm glad SOMEONE celebrated.
The spicy sauce sounds pretty good. The soy roll actually looks a lot like your lunch, but with different ingredients.

Hey Now!!!

FF, so many patty-shaped foods when you're vegan.

VaVa, never tried the Hummus w/Sun-Dried Tomato but it sounds like my kinda combo.

Michelle, no, I have never made my own Hummus, but I have made my own Seitan. Can you say the same?

Amber, Hummus and Tomato are like the vegan Peanut Butter & Jelly!

Morgan. your Mom should've informed you what day it was!

Alessandra, do they have donuts in New Zealand?
