came with my Pasta Primavera $9.50

More Loving Hut Vegi Pepper Beef with Chana Masala on Bulgur for dinner.

Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot. Again, no dessert. I'm really behaving myself these days.

Lemme ask you this: do you ever regret the meals you choose when you eat out? Like, not wish the meal itself tasted better but have a hard time choosing between two things and wish you'd gotten the other or see someone else's food (Mr. SV for example) and wish you'd gotten that too?

I've never really been a pasta person but that pasta primavera looks great! It looks like there are nice big chunks of veggies in there!

the pasta looks great! i recently went to dinner for my brother's birthday && they produced a pretty sad looking pasta dish for me. it was a GIANT plate of spaghetti with a few cooked carrots and edamame on top. saddddddd.

I made the pasta salad you posted a couple days back..Holy crap, you were not kidding, that made a lot. On Father's day, we had 15 people and we still had some left over. It was super good though, although I added some extra veggies and tweaked the sauce (way too much sugar)

That looks like a pretty decent salad - I love balsamic and red onions, and I spy at least one little olive.

No dessert? What is everything coming to? Please don't give up the vino.

That Pasta Primavera is soooo calling my name!

What's up with no dessert? I always look forward to seeing what you're having!

Hey Now!!!

FF, thanks for the faux interest. My obsession with food means that 99% of the time I know exactly what I'm going to order/eat long before each meal. Just to avoid those regrets you describe.

VaVa, this restaurant we went to yesterday happens to do Pasta Primavera very nicely. Most, in my experience (and apparently your's), do not.

Kimberly, as vegans, we've all had the sad pasta dish. It can be extremely discouraging, especially on celebratory occasions.

Ode To Awe, thanks for confirmation on the pasta dish. With each portion I dished out for myself, it seemed to regenerate itself and then some. I still have a full bowl. (I also reduced the sugar to 1/4 cup and obv replaced the mayo w/vegenaisse).

Jessica & Michelle2, I'm back on the dessert wagon tonight. The Magical Coconut Bars may seem passe, but they sure are great.
