Pasta with Marinara Sauce, Diced Mushroom, TJ's Meatless Meatballs and Oregano for dinner.
Coconut Mint Chip for dessert. (This was the best).

Pretty salad. The dinner looks pretty good as well! A tasty "meatball" is a tasty-a "meat-a-ball!"
I finally bought a big thing of Goddess Dressing so I will eat more salad at home! Sometimes I just don't feel like making dressing...
Other than taking the girls for a walk and a bike ride, I didn't leave our property today. I love days like this!
The meatballs look a lot like Nate's, which I love. Yum!

VF, these meatballs are probably Nate's brand, just sold by Trader Joe's. Good stuff.
OMG that salad is beautiful! So colorful...and ice cream would sure hit the spot right now!!
