I took the day off work, so lunch was just a Salad with Goddess Dressing.
Mr. SV brought home carryout for dinner from Sunflower-'Curry Supreme' (Chunks of Soy Protein served with Broccoli, Potatoes, Mushrooms, Carrots and Green Peas in a special Japanese Curry Sauce).A Maple Donut for dessert.
Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

Did you like the Curry Supreme? I love Japanese food, but I am not a big fan of Japanese curry.
Happy Weekend

Oooh I'm jealous of your day off! The salad looks yummy and the curry looks great too! I've never had Japanese Curry but it looks great!
You took the day off AND made Mr. SV bring home dinner? No all day cooking marathon for the poor guy who slaved away all day? Did he at least get to share the Cabernet?
A nice long weekend? That's always nice! I hope you enjoy every day. :)
Days off are the best kind. The curry supreme looks so good!
Hey Now!!!!
Alessandra, I believe I am a fan of Japanese Curry. At least I don't know why I wouldn't be.
VaVa, one day, you too, will have a day off. Took me a while to catch on to the whole accrued vacation thing.
FF, Mr. SV took off the afternoon and he was picking up food for himself. I just asked him to get me some as well. He's a white wine drinker, so, yay! no need to share there. My days of trying to spoil him as you do 'G' are far behind me.
VF, the three-day weekends go by faster than the two-day weekends. I don't know how, but they do.
Rose, where the h*ll have you been?!
