Crispy Burger with Fries $7.95 from Loving Hut for lunch. I took this back to my cube and ravenously devoured it in minutes. Then I had to keep my jeans unbuttoned/ unzipped till it was time to go home.Dinner was Food Feud influenced (say that five times fast) Fresh Red Pepper with Roasted Red Pepper Hummus.

Howzat for a good title? Gardein Crispy Tenders w/Heinz-57 for lunch.

While rooting around for some salty crunchy things to snack on, I found an ancient almost empty bag of Snapea Crisps.

Tuesday, June 28th

Some unusual new-to-me things at Whole Foods today. A creamy & comforting Three Bean Cassoulet (made with Almond Milk)....

and a spicy & healthifying Udon/Spinach/Baby Corn mix on the Salad Bar. So I had double lunch, but when opportunity strikes you gotta snarf up the vegan cuisine.

Shenwich for dinner (WF's Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Baby Spinach, Diced Red Onion and Sliced Tomato on a Toasted Wegman's Everything Bagel).

Today we returned to the scene of my first ever blog post. I was so young and naive back then. Today's lunch was Vegan Chili — Lentils, Black Beans and Vegetables topped with Guacamole $4and The Reuben - Marinated Tempeh, Sauerkraut, Caramelized Onions, & Vegan Russian Dressing on Rye $9

He also did the Grillmeister thing tonight -- Boca Burgers, Onion & Corn. I added the Tomatoes and Fry Sauce.

Friday, June 24th

I took the day off work. A bowl of Mom's Lentil Soup for lunch. Pasta Salad too. It's been around for several weeks, but looks and tastes only about a week old. Dinner was a conundrum, so I just went with a repeat of yesterday's -- Okara Burgers and Tater Babies w/Elise's Fry SauceAnother oldie but goodie for dessert - a Maple Donut. Eight left.

WTF Wednesday

A "Shenwich" (okay, still working on the name) (WF's Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Baby Spinach, Diced Red Onion and Sliced Tomato on a Toasted Ezekiel English Muffin) for lunch.

A scaldingly hot bowl of Mom's Lentil Soup for dinner.

As well as three Tofu Pups. These were not that great.

The other half of my Chocolate Banana Cheesecake from Vegan Treats via Loving Hut more than made up for the lousy Tofu Pups. Cosmic Joy.

And now, a backyard mystery: Gorgeous flowers were found growing in our back 40 (or four, whichever). I didn't plant them and have no idea what they are. Orange flowers are my favorite. Anyone out there have a clue as what these beauties might be?

Anyone? Anyone? Identify them and I will send you a local vegan treat that cannot be found in whatever area you happen to reside.

Saturday, June 18th

Lunch was at Texas Star Lounge. Cosmopolitan $9

Hummus w/Vegetables & Hot Toasted Pita $8 shared with Mr. SV.
California Veggie Sandwich and Oven Fries $8. I was so stuffed from this I just wanted to go home and lay down.

Dinner was the last of the 'Soy Roll' and the Salad. To be honest, the 'Soy Roll' was a little too realistic for me. 'Chik Ham' was actually gristly. How'd they do that???

Guess I'll skip dessert. Last bottle of Three Wishes Cabernet consumed. Hey! If I had three wishes, I'd wish for three more wishes! Dah!

Friday, June 17th
