Dinner was Chickpea Cutlets with Mustard Sauce (Vegenaisse & Dijon 50/50 stirred up w/Capers), Roasted Butternut Squash and 'Broccolette'.
I was in a soft Cinnamon Cookie mood tonight, hence I bypassed all my homemade goodies in favor store bought TJ's Snickerdoodles. I am still planning to try dipping my petrified CranCrazies in vino next time I have some of those.
Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

i had lentil soup today also! twins!
*shen shudders in disgust*
I like the look of that dinner. I made butternut squash too, but it didn't get as nice and soft as yours looks.
Also, what do you think of those snickerdoodles? I like them...but the texture is a little sandy.
Mom's Place sure takes good care of you:)
The thick lentil soup looks good to me right now, thick like lentil chili.
I should have been at your house for dinner...looks like the perfect meal! :o) I want to make more chickpea cutlets, but I'm about out of wheat gluten. I can't seem to find it any where now. How crazy is that?
Thick lentils are the best! Your dinner looks great! The squash is so vibrant, and the broccos so green!
Did you take the cookie picture? Or is it a picture of the front of the package? I can't tell...if you took the pic, cool how you but the little V and G in the corner.
Hello, Ladies!!!
Michelle1, no shudders of disgust here.
FF, I loved the Snickerdoodles. The sandy texture is what I love about them
Deb, yeah, Mom's Place is all about the comfort food.
Jessica, the lentil soup is like chili. Sure wish I could figure out the recipe.
Michelle2, your town sounds so weird. Like one of those horror films where someone's car breaks down.
Rose, thanks, but those are two live cookies on top of the box of cookies. I love when packaging actually says it's vegan.
lots of funny things in this comment box. :)
