Monday I've Got Friday On My Mind

Lunch was Ma Po Tofu and Spring Rolls from PF Changs.
Leftover Vegetable Soup for dinner.
PB & Crackers for dessert (because, as well all know, sometimes a little salt, crunch and fat is necessary).
Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

Oh, I just want to thank you for being so helpful with the comment numbers! I totally forgot that you are coming up to your annual nacho intake. Coincidentally, I was planning on posting another nacho dish this week! See, great minds... Oh, and if you win but don't want the book, regift it, but I want my photo displayed!

i was thiiiis close *makes small fingers* to getting my greedy paws on some pf changs, instead we went to an italian buffet where i accidently ate egplant with cheese on it. lol. how have you been?
