A bowl of Stella's Navy Bean Soup from Mom's Place for lunch.
Dinner was the Wild Rice Casserole that I saw on Rose's Blog, as well as Tofurky Kielbasa with Mustard. Very light and healthy tasting.
Tofutti on Yoga Bread for dessert.
Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

that soup is looking good!
Wild rice is so crazy. Sounds like it (and the squash) would go really well with the kielbasa!
Mmmm...the wild rice dish looks really good. :)
Very cool that you made the rice. How did you like it? I bet it went great with the veggie sausage and mustard. The rice is not a huge taste sensation, but I really liked it with a little hot sauce over the top.
The soup looks crazy delicious!
tofutti for dessert? Bingo!
That wild rice dish caught my eye too - glad to see another positive review! It's on my list, maybe I'll try it with a tofurkey sausage too.
Kimberly, I'll trade you the Navy Bean Soup for that Artichoke & Basil Pizza!
Michelle1, put down the cookies and put your thinking cap on! You're 'IT'!
FF, yes, I am quite proud of my Kielbasa/Wild Rice pairing. It might be a gift I have that I wasn't aware of.
Morgan, the Rice Dish is so light and healthy. Right up your alley. You could probably take it in a different and unusual direction for your blog.
Rose, I would say the Rice was more beauteous and unique and healthy and I'm glad I made it. I wonder what would happen if Raisins were added?
Carissa, yeah, we were watching 'Salt' and I wanted to chow on something that would take a while. Cheese on Bread!
Jessica, I don't know about your lists, but my lists of things to make are weighing heavy on my mind. Kinda wish everyone would stop blogging for a year or two so I could catch up.
