...and Black Bean Soup with slice of Bread (followed by other half Monday's Endangered Species bar).
Even though I was still full from lunch, I had a bowl of Skinny Bitch Beef Stew for dinner.
In response to readers inquiries, to make the stew, I use two packs of TJ's Beefless Beef Strips (cut into bite-size pieces) as well as a little Kitchen Bouquet and Marmite for extra depth of flavor.
No dessert tonight. Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

"Kitchen Bouquet" i bought that stuff and i dont think it tastes like anything at all. not even salty.. marmite though, ive heard that was good stuff:)

I've never heard of kitchen bouquet, but I just read about it. I'm intrigued.
Never heard of kitchen bouquet or marmite...guess I'll go google it to see what I am missing out on.
