I was off work and spent the day peeling and slicing seven pounds of Golden Potatoes, trimming and blanching four pounds of Green Beans, dicing a head of Celery and... napping. No time for lunch in all of that activity. Dinner was Boca Burgers with TJ's Chili and Sweet Potato Fries....
...and dessert was Justin's PB Cups! Within just 72 hours of Jenny's review I had these bad boys in hand and, yes, they are quite the delicious treat! This is why the vegan blogging community is so important, people! And, yes, I'm back on the sugar now that I am starting to feel well again.

Hooray for being off work! Too bad it was spent peeling taters, but the nap sounds good. As does lunch. I love sweet potato fries, I can't believe how recently I tried them (okay, 7 years ago) and I thought it was weird. Thankfully, I was easily converted. Also, thanks for the gravy advice.

Trimming 4 pounds of green beans is a lot! After that, the celery and the potatoes, you certainly earned a nap!

Yay, glad you liked them. 1.99, huh? They were 1.79 in NY, and I just figured they were a little overpriced and would be a little less elsewhere. The secret is, though, that I would have paid 3.99.
