Still Craving Tofutti Cream Cheese

Lunch was MaPo Tofu from PF Changs...
Dinner was more of the Simple Seitan from Veganomicon with BBQ sauce and Roasted Zucchini...
Instead of dessert, I had more Tofutti Cream Cheese and Crackers...
Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

Mmm it is soo good on bagels! I just get it occasionally on a toasted bagel from a deli so I don't have to buy (and eat) the whole tub!

Nothing like a little MaPo during MoFo!

KV, I made the seitan recipe on Sunday and it was enough for three portions. Mr. SV isn't into seitan so more for me.

I used to occasionally blend a little sugar with a little of that cream cheese and just lick it - when I didn't have anything else sweet to it.
