Lunch was Butter Lettuce dressed with Diced Apples, Slivered Radishes and Balsamic Vinaigrette at Market Table Bistro.
A pint of Stella's Greek Navy Bean soup from Mom's Place was later enjoyed at home..
Dinner was Garden Burgers with TJ's Veggie Chili and a Baked Potato with Tofutti Better Than Sour Cream and Bac'Uns.

In my reader, the lettuce with radishes looked like a frog on a plate.
Also, I just looked at that Uncle Eddie's page and the sound tasty as all

Wow, so many blog posts! I love the look of that salad, and your soup and dinner look great too...I'm hungry cuz I haven't eaten yet today...but now I'm even hungrier.

Oh, I want a baked potato. That could use some chili, too, in my opinion.
This looks like a great day - the soup looks good too.

mmm, a baked potato sounds good. I have 5 lb's of potatos here waiting to be used.

They didn't even cut up the butter lettuce for you? That's kind of weird, don't you think?

We had baked potatoes for supper last night too...no chili though. Just a salad to go with it. Looks like you had some awesome foods going on over the weekend!

Hello, Ladies & Germ!

Michelle1, yes it really is. How pathetic is that?

Dianne, no, I think the intent was to show this was a freshly picked head of butter lettuce. If they'd cut it up, no one could be sure.

Everyone else, thank you for your kind comments. I will look forward to visiting your blogs tomorrow.
