Consuming Mass Quantities...of Everything

Lunch was over a pound of Mixed Vegetables and Spicy Basil Tofu from Whole Foods...
Dinner was Gardein Cutlets, Chard and StoveTop Stuffing with Imagine Organic Mushroom Gravy...
Dessert was another Vanilla & Agave Cupcake...
Black Swan Merlot...

I have serious food envy.

Do you like the Imagine gravy? I just bought some, trying to decide what's going to make the table for Thanksgiving. It sure looks good on the cutlets.

It does sound like mass quantity when you talk about your food weight!

I eat my food by the pound too, usually. :P

The stuffing and cutlets look great! Yum, I'm in a state of perpetual salivation these days with all the holiday vegan food talk and pics.

The little cupcakes are really cute looking. They remind me of mini cream puffs w/o the cream in the middle.

You have to prep for Thanksgiving so it won't be a shock to your stomach!

Hello, Ladies & Germ!!!! Thanks for the kind comments!

Cincinatti Jessica, the Imagine Gravy is not the best, it's very thin, but could be improved by adding some diced mushrooms.

Rose, what's weird as that they're regular sized cupcakes. They do look like minis in the photos. Quite excellent.

FF, yes, I feel in some way that I am working my way up to the big day.

Michelle1, I was just insanely craving Stuffing & Gravy for some weird reason. So I said, "Why wait? Some one show me the rule book that says I have to wait!" Wasn't really that great anyway. Coulda waited.
