WTF Wednesday

Lunch was the rest of the TJ's Chickenless Chicken Salad with Route 11 BBQ Chips...
Dinner was another meal inspired by Jessica -- Veggie Chili Mac -- using the seasoning mix from local chain Hard Times Cafe.
The pleasure of spicy Chili on big fat Spaghetti noodles is not restricted to denizens of Cincinnati. It is for all.
Dessert was one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten in my life. It might not look it based on the pic below, but this was deceptively mind-blowing.
A bottle of Lost Vineyards Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon....

Did you like chili on spaghetti? I prefer Fritos, Texas style. I do like the kid in the wash bin.

Thanks for the shout out.

I'll be looking for that ice cream. Coconut milk has to be better than rice milk ice cream.

Someone else who eats chili on pasta. You go, girl! Plus, I totally take credit for the conversion of WFT Wednesday to WTF Wednesday. If I don't deserve it, don't tell me!

Yeah, I think I've been noticing it subliminally, but just realized that the WFH Wed has morphed into WTF Wednesdays. Definitely a title that even those of us who don't work at home can relate too! :)

I love chili on pasta too! But then again, I think I'd eat almost anything on pasta...yours looks like a delicious mountain of pasta-chili goodness.

That ice cream does sound especially good too; I'm partial to coconut milk ice cream in general.

Looks like I am going to have to try chili on pasta next...sure looks good!
That ice cream has to be the "best"! You can never go wrong with cookie dough. I used to eat that stuff like there was no tomorrow.

Hello, Ladies!!!

Michelle1, I enjoy food of all kinds way too much.

Jessica, prepare for future shout outs. It may get creepy.

Zoa, WFH are you talking about?

Rose & Michelle2, seriously, the Cookie Dough Coconut Ice Cream blows all other ice creams away for good. Why even bother?

I love the idea of putting chili on pasta. My hubby will be in dream land if I serve this because he loves both pasta and chili:) Also, that ice cream looks heavenly..
