WTF Wednesday

Lunch was Sabra Roasted Pine Nut Hummus with Olives on a Wegman's Everything Bagel...
I wish I could remember the blogger who showed a Lasagna-For-Two. I thought it was Rose, but I can't find it on her blog. Anyway, I made a small Spinach and Mushroom Lasagna...
Plating issues but still delicious and no need to nag Mr. SV to eat the leftovers...
The last of the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cupcakes for dessert. The recipe makes twelve -- I had three, Mr. SV had nine...Thanks, again, Dianne, for letting us know about these.
A bottle of Lost Vineyards Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon...

That lasagna looks downright eatable! You maxed out that baking dish, I think.

I love making smaller recipes. No leftovers to worry about! Those olives look good; I always pass by the olive bar at WF...

OMG Shen,

It all looks super delish! I'd love to munch on that WFH-style (or even WTF-style).

I do make my lasagna in bread pans like that...but I'm not sure I ever posted about it explicitly...it's awesome though...I love how you can really stack up the layers of goodness extra high.

Love it when the leftovers get eaten without problem! I also make my lasagne in loaf pans.

When I'm making lasagna for one or two; I make roll ups; using this: http://veganyumyum.com/2009/01/eggplant-and-pine-nut-rolled-lasagna/ method from Vegan Yum Yum :)

Olives and hummus - what a great idea. I always loved olives and cream cheese.

I haven't had lasagna since I became a vegan, and I sure do miss it to. Yours looks awesome. I've got to find a recipe...pronto.
Oh, the hummus looks good also, but I would have to thump those olives off...yuck. :o)

Hello, Ladies!!!!

Blessed Mama, you called it. No way to serve from the baking dish without total destruction of entree. However, it did serve two hungry vegans!

Kuntrageous Vegan! Is that like being Cunty, Outrageous and Vegan at the same time? Why am I having deja vu????
