Lunch was the Mediterranean Penne at Brio. This was more than enough food for a full day...
but that didn't stop me. Dinner was Collard Greens with Tofurky Italian Sausage and last month's Corn Bread which was still good...
"Dessert" was the last of the WF's Chicken/Tuna Salad on crackers....
A bottle of Charles Shaw Shiraz...

My meals are not complete without a sweet, but wine will usually do too, I GUESS.
Did you freeze that cornbread or did it keep?
Yum yum yum. I've been all about the pasta lately, and that Brio dish you get always looks amazing.
Eating a huge bowl of pasta at lunch will never keep me from dinner either! The chicken salad for dessert is interesting...I like savory any time: breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert.
Collard with sausage look awesome deliciousness!
This looks good all around. I like sausage and greens with some mustard sauce.
"Foodfeud"...I'm guessing not frozen...
I'd be all over the greens and tofurky.
Hello, Ladies & Germ! Thanks for the kind comments!
FF, Jenny is right. I guess our fridge is super cold or something cuz a lot of stuff doesn't go bad like it should. Like the Corn Bread or the Blueberry Muffins that are still good after many months.
