Hot Weather Fare

Lunch was some Avocado Summer Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce from Wegmans...
...as well as a bunch of salad from their salad bar...
Dinner was Goya Rice and Black Beans with Tofurky Italian Sausauge...
A bottle of Lost Vineyards Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon...

lunch is so fresh and pretty! i make spring rolls for walter but i cant stand them! that chewy texture? but i love how they look:)

Nobody could call this a beige post. What lovely color...the rolls look delcious, and that rice and sausage looks so unctuous and tasty.

Summer rolls are great in hot weather! The sausage and rice sounds good too, that is one of my favorite meals I don't get enough.
