100% Delicious Day

Lunch was a Spinach Salad with Tofu & Avocado (and a piece of bread) from Sweetgreen.
Dinner was Boca Burgers and Oven Fries with Elise's Fry Sauce. I already know I'm having Veggie Burgers and Fries for lunch tomorrow as well, but I've yet to get sick of them.
Dessert was the vegan (gluten free) cupcake I picked up at lunch from Red Velvet Cupcakery. A pretty delicious treat for those who for whatever reason are unable to bake their own vegan cuppers.

I like the salad and bread - so funny to think how difficult it is for me to get a decent salad out here without cheeses or creamy dressing. That looks really good.

Whoever gets tired of fries? Impossible.

Hello, Ladies!!!!

Michelle1, I will have to look at a map to see how far Tucson is from Lake Havasu. I wouldn't waste too much time going to get these cupcakes. You can make better yourself at home.
