Yes, this was breakfast again and it was fantastic...
LPQ Gazpacho for lunch. I wisely let it get to room temperature before consuming. The container was 100% compostable, so that was a relief...
Loving Hut 'Jalapeno Tofu' for dinner....
a Carrot Muffin from LPQ for dessert...
100% great food day. Bye for now.

The gazpacho looks awesome but the picture of the bread is especially killin me! I am craving something chewy and doughy like crazy. I might have to make it a bagel morning tomorrow. Although a carrot muffin might be okay too...
Cool that the container was compostable.
I have not really had eggless egg salad, no. Not the legit stuff.
Thank you for your VA suggestions, and also - two out of three locations are in this post! Ha ha! Nicely done!
I'm impressed you're patient enough to wait for the artichoke to steam for breakfast!
Did you have the gazpacho from that container? It looks deep and awkward... Like you would need an iced tea spoon to eat it or something. Good move letting it come to temp and having with the bread.
Good lookin muffin there! Great food day for sure, hopefully the rest of it measured up as well.
Almonds are not contributing nearly as much to the CA dought as the obscene golf courses and the cattle/chicken/dairy industries. Which the omnis don't want to think about. So they blame the almonds....

The jalapeno tofu looks so delicious! So does everything, but that is a real standout. I need to find a Loving Hut!!
Definitely a 100% great food day! That carrot muffin looks like heaven! So jealous of that! I've never had gazpacho before…. I don't know why but I feel like I wouldn't enjoy it. It looks amazing though!
I can't wait for Loving Hut! I'm only about a week away ;)
needs more chocolate!
Hey Now!!!!!
FF, so you have not had Eggless Egg Salad? That is extremely difficult to believe. Something is amiss there but I dont have time to research it at present.
Ingrid, wonder what Grandma will have lined up for you two to do. As a 'local', I cant wait to read all about it.
Unknown, sorry, I juxtiposed your bruised ankle comment with my steamed Artichoke post yesterday. My brain is fried. The Gazpacho in the drink container was a concern at first, but worked out okay and Molly's snout fit perfectly for cleansing. Thanks for the CA drought info, although, it may take a while to get over my Almond squeamishness now.
VP, you are in desperate need of properly prepared Tofu. It is painfully obvious to all.
Sarah, LPQ's Gazpacho is the only kind I ever liked, so I can see where someone would not be into a cold Vegetable based 'Soup'. Dont forget my Lizard pic next week!
Abby, what needs more Chocolate?
