Juices/smoothies are a great way to get in all of your veggies! I do it, as you know, especially when I'm working. For some reason, I leave the building wanting carbs and not veggies! They don't have the best staying power, which is why I have to have a few nuts or seeds, or even a piece of fruit with it if I want to last hours. I'm not always good about that, but it is the goal!But, back to carbs - yes to that ravioli! And yes to the crunch bar!
Those breakfast potatoes are impressive! Amazing start to the day there. I love the *idea* of juice as a meal but unless i have it with some nuts or a primal strip jerky i'm hungry soon after. How great it is that ice cream is appealing again! Those choco dipped bars are so good. At least until the chocolate outside lands in your lap.... Wow, the potatoes look so amazing. All of your food looks great! I have tried subbing juice for a meal. It's hard, my mouth wants something to do, like chew! I'm screaming for one of those ice cream bars!
Hey Now!!!!!Ingrid, it helps to eat a big breakfast before just having a liquid meal and then to keep real busy afterwards. You definitely have the keeping busy part down.Unknown, Primal Strip Jerky? That is one product I dont 'get' but maybe will have to relook. I did lose a few pieces of the Chocolate coating from the Almond Crunch Bar, but they were safely retrieved and consumed. I must get to Green Symphony.VP, I have the need to chew thngs as well. I obsessing on Pistachio Nuts all afternoon, but managed to resist. Hope you get the Almond acrunch Bars soon!
