Friday, April 10th

WF's Tofu Scramble with three roasted Fingerling Potatoes for breakfast. Fancy...
WFs did a good job on this Scramble, even though there were no Peppers or Spinach in it, Cherry Tomatoes instead....Really inspires confidence in these ingredients lists...
My first Artichoke of 2015 was a success, much unlike my 2014 'chokes which were all bitter...
WF's Vegan Ravioli with Wegman's Mushroom Pasta Sauce for dinner...
A Carrot Blondie from A Better Choice Bakery for dessert...
split it with Mr. SVegetarian. Good stuff. Gotta support this local vegan bakery...
Going out to acquire more food tomorrow. Bye for now.

Ha! That is too funny, the ingredients don't even list tomatoes! Very civilized breakfast for a friday. You seriously trimmed all those artichoke leaves? Wow. Sounds like you got a good batch, they should definitely be a little sweet almost, never bitter.
Carrot blondie? Huh. Was it good? Sounds like breakfast to me....
I got lucky and the green radish truck was by work today- found it by accident really. Tofu bahn mi as a salad was really good but not on par with cinnamon snail ;( i'd try it again though- there's a TLT on the menu!

Let me preface this comment with: Remy is really impeding my typing by constantly laying his chin on the keyboard.

Nice WF hot bar breakfast! Does your WF do pre-rolled breakfast burritos? Nearly all the locations here do, and most have vegan burritos!

Oooh look at these yummy eats. How strange about the totally random scramble ingredients, but at least it looks good? I also like the perfectly portioned 3 potatoes ;) I'm all about that blondie, it looks phenomenal! I have to be craving carrot sweets but I could definitely go for some of that blondie. Yum.

Hope you have a great Saturday brunch!

Hey Now!!!!

Unknown, I use kitchen scissors on the Chokes. Still envious of your Baby Artichokes, cant imagine. Wonder which came first -- my Randy Radish or the NYC Green Radish? You have a choice between a Green Symphony and a Green Radish! So lucky! Hope you get to an outstanding brunch tomorrow.

Ingrid, I have experienced the fuzzy chin and/or paw on the old keyboard asking for attention before strangers on the internet. Have I responded appropriately? Not always, unfortunately. Though I know reality must always take precedence. We're too far east to have Burritos as part of our everyday breakfast offerings.

Sarah. I know you love Carrots. Wish i enjoyed them straight up raw like you do. Better than in cakes and bars with sugar.
