Ha! How did you even do that to the artichoke?? Sounds like a happy accident of sorts. Too damned cold here today for gazpacho and ice cream.
Were there some condiments hiding on the burgers? Fingerlings and spring new potatoes are so good- i gotta find some of those TJs tiny potatoes next time i go....

Agreed on green symphony > juice press in every possible -way except convenient locations which isn't a fair playing field. I am very greatful that juice press and others of the genre have introduced and succeeded with bringing delicious vegan food to a huge non vegan customer base. Every bit counts.

I can agree - some veggies are even better when crispy/scorched!! I can't wait to pick up a few this weekend.

I've been thinking about tofu dogs and burgers lately, probably my desire for summer. Thank you for having one for my eyes to enjoy!

P.S. My capcha code asked me to identify the hamburger! Ha!

That artichoke looks like some garbanzo beans I scorched the other day! I'm going to pick up some artichokes this weekend, and try with some balsamic and Just Mayo, since it looks so good when you have it!!

Every time I mean to buy a pint of Almond Dream I wind up buying the Almond Bites instead. I have no regrets!

Hey Now!!!!!

Unknown, the water boiled away while I was steaming my Artichoke before I went to check on it. It has happened in the past, but not this bad. Mustard, Relish and Ketchup were hiding on the Burgers. Should have been Lettuce, Tomato and Pickle, but maybe soon. It is wonderful that you have so many cool vegan options. I would like to thnk that it has to do with the highly educated population in Manhattan.

Ingrid, I will be picking up more Artichokes this weekend as well. They have yet to fail me this year. My captcha code was meat yesterday as well. What a weird job it must be to create those captchas.

VP, wish I could say I will try the melted Earth Balance like you do, but I cant tear myself away from the Just Mayo.

Abby, I have never bought the Almond Bites. They seem like they would be messy and unsatisfying unless I ate the whole tub.
