Thursday, February 26th

A ginormous Pomelo for breakfast. Mr. SVegetarian helped eat half...
Avocado, Lemon Juice, Black Salt and freshly Ground Pepper for lunch...
Wegman's Beefless Burgers with Oven Fries for dinner...
Cocomels for dessert...
One last day in the house coming up. I did a good job stockpiling this week, if I must say so myself. Bye for now,

The avocado toast and beefless burgers somehow look like each other...both delicious, I'll bet, too.
I had the espresso bean cocomels today! Nice flavor. Do you get a buzz from them at all since you don't drink coffee anymore?

You did a great job stocking up! I love weeks where I look forward to what is in the fridge, it helps me control my needless spending, too. I've only looked briefly for the Cocomels, I must attend to that again!

I want all of this in my face sooner rather than later! It all looks amazing, what a great food day. The pomelo looks so juicy and what a beautiful color. You know how I feel about my avocado toast and oven fries :) I found the regular cocomels but not the chocolate covered ones and I got all confused because I didn't know what flavor of cocomels to get. I think there was a vanilla, an espresso and something else. Any recommendations?

Those pomelos are almost comically large but can be sooo juicy and sweet when they're good. Your avocado toast looks so great lately! I can't seem to want avocado and have ripe avocado at the same time...
The cocomels are a nice end to the day.

I had a simit for the first time today! It's like a skinny turkish bagel with a ton of sesame seeds, super chewy outside. Great with the turkish coffee (aka why i went there)

Hey Now!!!!

FF, I do fear being kept up all night from the two espresso beans on the Cocomels, but so far, that hasnt happened. Love how crunchy those little beans are.

Ingrid, you a great week stocking up for yourself: Lasagna, Chili and Corn Bread. Doesnt get much better. Unless you made a pot of Skinny Bitch Beefless Stew....

Sarah, just hold out for the Chocolate Covered Cocomels, Any place that sells the regular should be getting the Chocolate Covered in soon.

Unknown, sounds like you're in Istanbul! Coffee is such a great pleasure, but Oh how i dont want to get re-addicted. it was so hard to get off it.

VP, your locale is a mystery, but any international grocery with an Indian aisle should have Black Salt.

Marja, so many great Salts these days. The Himalayan Pink still rules for me.
