Thursday, February 19th

Unfortunately, I already used up my weekly wordless post for the week...
to jazz things up, I left the house today and got a Salad off the Salad Bar at Harris Teeter. Added my own Croutons and Goddess Dressing when I got home. Pretty monotonous. No Dried Cranberries or Orange Miso Drssing like a TJ's pre-made Salad...
Gardein Crispy Tenders with Heinz-57 and Roasted Asparagus for dinner...
Wegmans' Peanut Butter for dessert...
Leaving the house again tomorrow. Bye for now.

Pretty salad though! Too bad you didn't have any cranberries on hand at home. miso dressing is really easy to make though! You could do it.
Asparagus is really great, but whenever I roast it, I always end up burning them to a crisp and they almost disappear.

I am trudging through food boredom, so I'll see your monotony and raise you an inspiration lacking refrigerator. I need an intervention. Save us both, and eat deliciously tomorrow! ;)

Those pancakes look good every time you have them! An out of the house trip for lunch is needed sometimes. And yeah, premade assembled for you salads are somehow always better than a make my own version at a salad bar. Good call to add your own dressing.
Your nut butter desserts have me digging a spoon into my own jars lately.... Really hits the spot!

Will you go for chinese tomorrow to celebrate the new year? Long noodles and oranges are probably the only vegan traditional dishes- oh! And those great fried sesame balls for dessert...

Those pancakes look amazing. Definitely perfect pancake weather. The salad looks really pretty and fresh. Sometimes prepackaged salads lack that freshness. The asparagus looks perfectly roasted and delicious!

Waking up to 1 degree weather definitely makes it difficult to leave the house. I'm pet sitting this weekend so I'm looking forward to warm puppy cuddles!

Hey Now!!!!

FF, I usually burn my Asparagus to a crisp as well. Last night was one of the few times i somehow avoided it.

Ingrid, no to food boredom! I hate that! Get some Summer Rolls and Peanut Sauce at WFs STAT!

Unknown, glad you are back. I missed Pancake Day and Chinese New Year this week. We dont have good Chinese food down here aside from PF Changs. How do you celebrate?

Sarah, doesnt get any better than warm cuddly puppies...except if a few kittens are thrown into the mix...
