Banana Pancakes and Field Roast Sausage for breakfast...
I was fortunate enough to stock up on some Dawson's Market Eggless Egg Salad this weekend. Not as great as Common Market's Eggless Egg Salad, but tasty nonetheless...
TJ's Chickenless Chicken Tenders with Heinz- 57 and Roasted Brussels Sprouts for dinner. Funny how I only began eating Brussels Sprouts for vegan blogging and tonight I enjoyed them so much, I didn't want to share any with the Pups. But of course I did...
There was some Sweet Riot Chocolate for dessert, but for the first time in years, I hosed the uploading process from camera to computer. Must be a sign. More carby comfort food tomorrow.  Bye for now.

Cute little bread rounds. The pickle seems like the best accompaniment to egg salad.
I'm carb loading too - but I'm also leaving the house in a sec to meet a friend for a beer. more carbs, but a cold one.
Brussels rule. Nice of you to share.

Oooh great looking meals, can't go wrong with the carbs :) I'm happy to see that pickle there instead of olives, ha! The pancakes look amazing and the Brussels look amazing! I'm sure the pups were happy that you shared.

The pancakes are so cute! I'm distracted by how great the lunch pickle looks... Perfect side to the eggless salad. You have to share the brussels with the pups?? Not sure i am so generous.

I will have to track the Snail, sometimes they're in my work neighborhood but a good few avenue blocks over- which is just not happening lately.
TJs has a vegan tikka masala!! I bought it out of sheer curiosity, don't think i ever did have tikka masala before. It's a full frozen meal (with rice), kinda spicey but not too hot and good size seitan chunks. I suspect you would like it aside from the rice situation.

Hey Now!!!!

FF, leaving the house to meet a friend for a beer....That must be one helluva a friend or one helluva beer....

Sarah, I knew you would be happy not to see the Olives.

Unknown, it is a Nathan's Pickle, I like them. I had to share the Sprouts with the Pups, they were truly heartbreaking watching me eat. Thanks for the TJ's rec -- the Salad and Wine recs in the past were spot on, and I do love Seitan.
