Ooooh fancypants restaurant. The rolls looks so fresh and yummy. I love bread way too much. The salad is really beautiful, I LOVE roasted veggies. Was it as enjoyable as it looks? Yummy looking dinner and dessert as well.

Interested to see where brunch will bring you tomorrow!

The veggie plate does look good! Too bad they couldn't figure out how to get some marinated beans or lentils on there too to make it more of a proper meal than a side dish.....
That carrot cake looks really good! Nice frosting to cake ratio.

Its kinda creepy with all the tinted window black SUVs, men in dark suits with ear pieces, police escorts and the massive number of cops per block when the UN is in session. Mostly i'm just annoyed because those SUVs all park in the damned bike lane!

It has been awhile since you visited Normandie! It looks like a lovely salad!

Speaking of places you haven't been to - with autumn upon us, it might be time to get some of that delicious chili at Black Bear Bistro. ;)

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, the Salad was extremely enjoyable. It is one of the few dishes I have had where Beets are prepared in a palatable manner. Which makes me think butter is involved, but I have never asked. Brunch was super special today! Mega post special.

Unknown, there were a few Kalamata Olives in the Salad that jazzed it up. So the Secret Service Men dont float your boat like the Firemen? Speaking of floating your boat, did Mason make himself shown?

Ingrid, while the Chili at Black Bear Bistro is phenomenal, we've been disappointed by them one too many times. We get there only to find they dont have the Chili and website menu isnt kept up to date. Mr. SV hates when something is unreliable.
