Friday, September 19th

Banana and Wegmans PB on a toasted Rudi's English Muffin for breakfast...
No lunch today, instead PF Changs MaPo Tofu made up for it at dinner time...
A PB on Cracker courtesy of Mr. SV for dessert, but no pic. Definitely more interesting stuff tomorrow. Bye for now.

Peanut butter is good stuff- on bread, fruit, crackers, spoons, fingers..... Its all good. I got some of that grind it in the store peanut butter last week that was "smooth" yet has a nice gritty texture still. I like dunking raw carrots in it.

Kind of you to schlep the mom to a dr appt (hope everything is ok!) while hungry....
The mapo looks back to normal now.

I found seasonal clif bars today!!! The highlight of the fall.... I had the pecan pie one (i should hoard those!) with a honeycrisp for a seriously delicious lunch on the run today. Gotta find the pumpkin one next.

This week kicked my arse, but here I am! Thanks for not having lunch with Mom, as I wouldn't want to miss a week of guessing. ;) But really, I love both meals you enjoyed today!

Haha nope I'm in Rochester this weekend :) Love it here! I went to Wegmans today, yay!

Awesome looking meals. Even though you didn't get to eat lunch the two you did enjoy looked great!

Unknown, I havent had fresh ground in store PB in many years. It was just no fun, i.e., no salt or sugar. Is it still like that? Your lunch does sound healthy and energizing.
