WTF Wednesday

Kashi Autumn Wheat with Flaxseed Milk for breakfast.
On a whim, I bought this Artichoke Dip with Roasted Red Peppers a couple weeks ago. Finally tried it today at lunch....
A Judy Food and TJ's Chickenless Chicken Sandwich. Judy Food good!
Boca Chickn Patties with Steamed Broccoli for dinner. Also good.
Almond Coconut Oatmeal Cookies with Raisins for dessert. What would I do without these Cookies? I'm fearful of the day I run out.
Ugh! Back to the cube tomorrow.

Artichoke Dip sounds pretty spectacular - even on a cracker it seems like a winner.

You have more discipline than I - there's only one cookie left.

I'm not a fan of peppers as you know, but that dip really does sound good and the sandwich looks even better! Haha yay for the cookies! Are they holding up well? I'm surprised they aren't hard as a rock.

That dip sounds awesome- i can never wait more than a day before trying new yummy stuff!

Ya know, rumor has it there is a recipe to make the cookies on the internet.....;) weekend project? Or maybe some bribing and bartering could secure a special order
Hope the guest appearance at the cube comes with good eats.

Hey Now!!!!

Ingrid, it was really great Dip. Who knew?! Hope Judy can stay in business with her Dips. Dip! Dip! Dip! Wow, only one Cookie left. That is rough.

VaVa, the Cookies are still fresh and chewy. Must be cuz they were snuggly wrapped in plastic before being lovingly nestled into the decorative box with wax paper.

Unknown, the Judyfood Dip comes with my seal of approval. And, believe it or not, I know about those recipe things. Unfortunately, when I follow them, the food just doesn't taste as good as when others follow them. But there is always the potential for that to happen.

I'm going to have to keep an eye out for that dip. It sounds great!
