Carryout from Mimosa for lunch. The $6 Kung Pao Tofu with a $1.50 Spring Roll...
A Sparkling Beverage for an afternoon snack. Better than junk from the vending machine I guess.
Boca Chickn Patties with the last of the Roasted Asparagus for dinner.
An ancient Eli's Dream Big Bar for dessert. Unlike me, vegan candy bars do not age well.
Carryout from CPK for lunch tomorrow.

Great looking meals again! Jealous that you got to stay home. I like it better at home too ;) Your lunch looks so delicious! Is kung pao spicy? I love spice :) Asparagus is so good and too bad about the candy bar not aging well. It looks good! The sparking beverage looks really refreshing too :)
The kung pao tofu looks really great. So you stay home from work, but you'll leave to pick up food?
I like the sparkling drink idea as a snack. It sounds like it would fill me up a lot better than just plain water or coffee.
I'm sure you will be dug out of a post-apocalyptic iceberg many many years from now and still be edible.
Ha ha! I don't age either.
I like this whole business of working from home more days a week - keep it up.
The asparagus is so vibrant.
Enjoy that CPK!
yum! that kung pao looks so tasty! and that candy bar....i still think it looks delicious! haha hope things are well with you!! :)
Eli's bars are so good. I should remember to buy them more often.
I don't blame you for staying home when you can. Looks like you ate well again! Lunch looks especially good.
Hey Now!!!!!
VaVa, yes, the Kung Pao is spicy. I like it for the peanuts as well.
FF, the day began with my working on Mr. SV to pick it up and it escalated into my having to go get it for us. Fortunately, no light fixtures were damaged.
Ingrid, I plan to keep WFH as long as nobody at work starts to notice.
GFHTummy, we need an update from you.
Nikki, it is our vegan duty to keep the Eli Candy Bar company in business.
Molly, guess I'm really coming across as a gluttonous sloth with my constant WFH and bringing in grub, but it is what it is.
