Sunday, February 17th

The Vegan Egg Wrap $10 at Busboys and Poets for breakfast....
as usual, I got a Vegan Tuna Sandwich $9 to go for lunch and dinner. This was the lunch half...
after the second half for dinner, I had another Sticky Fingers Oatmeal Cookie for dessert.
Not the most exciting post, but I ate good.

The breakfast wrap looks pretty good. I also did the lunch half / dinner half situation today. Sunday is a good day for that.

Sticky Fingers has not reached CO as yet, but there are a few other brands. Hopefully not as expensive!

Your breakfast reminds me of the wraps they have at Beans & Barley in Milwaukee. Gonna have to go there again soon!

So weird about the lack of raisins in the cookie. It's not like raisins are an expensive food item!

I would like that breakfast wrap in my face. It looks amazing.

Very weird that they skimped on the raisins. You could remedy that by adding more raisins to it... perhaps on a layer of peanut butter. You know, for glue? ;)

What a great weekend of grub you have had!
That breakfast burrito looks nice and full of all kinds of goodies... And good home fry potatoes are always satisfying- i am pro ketchup. Heinz classic only (sorry but i kinda hate most of the organic all natural ones)
The order a sandwich to take home for later is brilliant.

Wow, what a great looking sandwich! How'd you show restraint and not eat the whole thing for lunch?

I'm really intrigued by the stuff on the side of the tofu wrap! Potatoes, I assume, but in a red sauce?

Hey Now!!!!

Ingrid, Sticky Fingers products are outrageously expensive for the quality. You are not missing out. I'm sure your local vegan brands are a million times better.

Molly, I was actually wondering if perhaps Raisins are too expensive? I guess they're not cheap, but one Raisin per Cookie is pretty lame.

VaVa, I'm literally getting madder by the Cookie that Sticky Fingers can't add any Raisins. They have a nerve calling them 'Oatmeal Raisin' Cookies! I'll try your PB & Raisin idea for the last one.

Unknown, what a refined palate you must have! I don't think I can tell one Ketchup from another. Although, the only Mustard Mr. SV can eat is French's Yellow...maybe it's the same sort of thing...

Blessed Mama, bulimia seems like a really attractive affliction after downing one of these (delicious though it obviously is) sandwiches. I'll try to better show the size of the sandwich next time I get it.

FF, really putting me on the spot here with these questions, aren't ya? There is Daiya and Tempeh Bacon involved in The Wrap. Not sure why the Potatoes are red. I just take their word for it that it's all vegan and shovel it in accordingly.
