Blah Blah Blah Breakfast Blah...
BBQ (Beyond Meat) Chicken Sandwich on Ciabatta (WFs is trying to liven things up in their prepared foods section) with a cup of Adobo Black Bean Chili (in case the sandwich was insufficient) for lunch. The Ciabatta didn't look so pretty (or completely baked), but it tasted good enough. It wasn't enough flour at lunch, so I had to get a bag of Pretzels out of the vending machine for an afternoon snack.
More WF's for dinner. This time, the Balsamic Grilled Tofu...
A half a piece of Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Icing from Sweet and Natural for dessert.
WFH tomorrow so there will be Eggless Egg Salad at some point.

I keep reading about that Beyond Meat. Going to have to look for it and give it a try. The sandwich looks great!

Your sandwich looks really good. I feel like ciabatta is supposed to be soft and not crusty but I guess maybe it looks a little pale? In any case, it looks great, and you can't go wrong with that black bean soup. I've been craving pretzels for weeks now, ha!

That dinner always photographs so nicely. The cake looks great too, hopefully it was good and not disappointing like the oatmeal raisinless cookie :)

I do believe your Whole Foods is stepping up their prepared foods; between the Ciabatta sandwich and the Grilled Tofu, I am convinced as such.

Your breakfast doesn't look blah to me at all. I think it sounds like a tasty and healthy way to start the day. Love that sandwich!

I have yet to taste Beyond Meat but I haven't looked for it yet either.

I watched The Bachelor last night with my mother and sister. The best part was Chris Harrison: my advice is... make the right decision. Gee, thanks for that.

Hey Now!!!!

Molly, Beyond Meat is just a little different from Gardein. It's good, but you aren't missing out too bad.

VaVa, fortunately for you, I don't blame you for getting me craving Oatmeal Raisin Cookies (even though you technically did).

Ingrid, they're remodeling the store and everything. I approve.

Blessed Mama, you're so sweet. Haven't logged onto my blog email yet to see what you sent. Doing that next.

Miss Rachel, Des' brother, Nate, was an intense character wasn't he? But he spoke the truth in his own way. Much to ponder.
