Monday, February 11th

This was not a good day to be a food blogger. Nasty *ss Grapefruit...
Nothing exciting on the WF's hot bar....
Wasn't even hungry for this vending machine snack but bought and ate it anyway....
Dried out Oven Fries (Mr. SV made these with non-stick cooking spray instead of Olive Oil). The Gardein Sloppy Joes were good however.
Will tomorrow be a better food day? Tune in to find out.

There are fries in this post just like yesterday! You promised something completely different. I was imagining salad and chia pudding.
We don't have the almond crunch in the vending machine at my job. I'm thisclose to calling the number on the machine to gripe.

The only things that are vegan in our vending machines at work are potato chips, pretzels and really salty peanuts. I would love to have that nut crunch in them!

Too bad that the grapefruit was nasty. They're supposed to be good this time of year!

Bummer about the nasty grapefruit. It always sucks to have a crappy piece of fruit, especially when you are looking forward to it. I had a crappy orange this week and it bummed me out because my orange eating days are numbered.

I'm pretty impressed by the almond crunch vending machine snack. Too bad you weren't feeling it though. I hope you enjoy your meals tomorow.

I hate bad food days. It's like being overtired or ill. I will keep my fingers crossed that tomorrow proves tastier.

The vending machine bag actually looks pretty good.

Hey Now!!!!

FF, you do have a wild imagination. Chia Pudding and Salad? Insanity! I don't know why they stock the Almond Crunch in our machine. Someone else at work besides me must buy it. Wonder how weird they are?

Molly, Chips, Pretzels and Nuts sound good to me! You might have more vegan stuff in the machine than you imagine (like Oreos and Mike & Ikes). Not that I am recommending them.

VaVa, bad fruit is the worst! But good fruit is the best! What to do?

Ingrid, keeping your fingers crossed seems to have worked. DO NOT UNCROSS THEM!
