Moroccan Lentil Soup...
and a Salad from WF's today.
Dinner from Sunflower-'Curry Supreme' (Chunks of Soy Protein served with Broccoli, Potatoes, Mushrooms, Carrots and Green Peas in a special Japanese Curry Sauce).
A Ginger Green Tea Nicobella Truffle for dessert.
I got a bag of Mrs. May's Almond Crunch out of the office vending machine this afternoon $1.50. Testing the strength of my teeth is something I enjoy, so I will buy this product again.

This trip to the WF's salad bar looks successful! Hopefully it tasted as great as it looks and that the little brats kept their paws off the goods ;) Dinner looks yummy as always. I love the Mrs. May's Snacks! The black sesame I got in my package swap was so good!

The Curry Supreme gets me every time you post it! Looks fantastic!

I wonder what Amanda Knox will eat at her first meal as a free woman? Probably not Italian. . .

ooh, yum, some old favs!

I'm partial to HR Puffenstuff too, trumps Banana Splits any day. I still look like Drooper though.

This is not incisive commentary, but that truffle looks pretty good.

That soup looks so good! I'm going to have to put some kind of soup on my menu for this week!

I need to go to work with you. I can't believe you have Mrs. Mays as a snack option in your vending machine...that's awesome! And, I love that stuff!!!

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, it was only because of your swap package that I finally tried the Mrs. May's Snacks. Fortunately, all my teeth survived the experience. I'd have bought another bag today, but I didn't feel like trying to break a $10.

Ingrid, interestng point on Amanda Knox. Neither she nor Casey Anthony appeared to have suffered the ill effects of prison food. Their day-to-day diet behind bars would be of interest to us food obsessives.

Rose, gosh, I wish I knew the Drooper reference. Sounds self-depricating and I'm assuming this is when you're fully clothed. I'm sure you're just being modest, but I've no clue.

Stacy, it was pretty good piece of Chocolate. I can happily say I was not ripped off on this 2-for-1 Truffle deal.

Blessed Mama, the Curry is indeed Supreme. Sunflower Restaurant is one of the few vegan highlights of the DC area. Doubt you'll ever make it here, but if you did, Sunflower would be a 'must do'.

Michelle2, no idea why we have Mrs. May's in our vending machine. It's been there for months. Along with the Dolly Madison/Hostess/Lances/
Goethes etc. I guess that means I wasn't the first person to buy a bag!

Jenny, the Truffle? It was very intense. Probably along the lines of a tiny Hail Merry Chocolate Tart. Make of that what you will.
