Due to an 11:30am conference call, I had to hit WFs before the lunch entrees were available. Lucky for me, they had Tofu Scramble & Potatoes O'Brien on the Hot Bar. So it may not look too appetizing, but it was quite the delicious lunch.
Gardein Crispy Tenders w/Heinz-57 and Pea Shoots w/Goddess Dressing for dinner.
Plum Pie for dessert.
Don't forget: Beavis & Butthead return to MTV tonight! Set your DVRs! (Or stay up for it, if you're still spry. Me, I'm going to sleep now).

That is awesome that your WFs has tofu scramble! We only have vegan oatmeal, fruit and plant milk as vegan options at our breakfast bar. wah! Yummy gardein tenders and the plum pie still looks great!
That is a shoot ton of pea shoots! Yr grocery store carries them?
Mmm, breakfast for lunch looks good! What is this Potatoes O'Brien? I've never heard of those before...must check it out.
Yeah, I'm with Maud...my WF only stocks mung bean sprouts BORING!!! Your WF kicks butt on mine.
I'm counting down the minutes until Beavis and Butthead comes on.
I heart breakfast. I could eat it for all three meals.
I'm in central Denver, about 10 minutes from Watercourse. It's a staple, for vegans and non. It used to be a little hole in the wall (literally, long and narrow) next to the capitol. However, hipsters found it, causing it to move, and be uber modern with a long wait. May I recommend the breakfast over lunch. Next time I go, I'll take pictures for you!
I love breakfast for dinner, so it must also be awesome for lunch.
Let us know how you like B & B (is it still funny or was this a big mistake??).
What a great excuse to hit the food bar early on other days, yum! And, look at you with those pea shoots! I'm shocked at your level of good health.
Wow...the tofu scramble and potatoes look yummy. I bet they knew you were coming by early. :o)
Mike's all excited about Beavis & Butthead. Our DVR is all set! :)
Hey Now!!!!
VaVa, bviously, I still have a ways to get to gluten free.
FF, got the shoots at the Farmers Market. Never happen to you?
Rose, the label on the Potatoes said 'Potatoes O'Brien'. It amused me because it was just Roasted Potatoes with some diced Onion & Green Pepper.
Isotope, are you counting down the minutes on your sundial?
Ingrid, you live in central Denver? I never want to hear again how you can't get vegan grub. http://www.urbanspoon.com/t/17/2/Denver/Vegan-Friendly-restaurants
Stacy, last nights B&B wasn't the funniest thing I ever saw, but it had its worthwhile moments. Not available in the Great White North?
Blessed Mama, it was a pretty great food day in terms of taste and health. Great when that happens.
Michelle2, the Tofu Scramble wasn't lookin' so hot after several hours under the heat lamps, but still tasted great.
Molly, uh heh-heh!
