WTF Wednesday

Breakfast was another Chocolate Cherry Smoothie (thanks again to Jenny for alerting us all to this).Lunch was TJ's Chickenless Chicken with Red Pepper and Goddess Dressing. Tasted pretty damn good.Mr. SV brought carryout from Sunflower-'Curry Supreme' (Chunks of Soy Protein served with Broccoli, Potatoes, Mushrooms, one Carrot chunk and Green Peas in a special (unusually spicy) Japanese Curry Sauce).
A Magical Coconut Cookie Bar for dessert. Dessert should always be magical or blissful. Frontera Shiraz.

Wow, all so enticing! I love it all, and wish I could have eaten it! You seem to have several excellent places to eat and get take out near you! People say SEattle is veg-friendly, but I can't think of so much great veggie food near me.

More magical desserts? I like your theory.

Your lunch looks exceptional.

I agree with the dessert names - I used to love something called a dream bar I would get from Potbelly - it had just about everything in it. I'll have to check out the magical bar recipe.

My pleasure.

Our Whole Foods and Wal-Mart are STILL out of frozen cherries. Is there something strange going on in cherry land?!

I will have to try the chicken strips. They definitely look better than the beef!
