Bowl, Burger & Bar

Burrito Bowl from Chipotle for lunch.
WF's Veggie Burger w/Heinz-57, TJ's Tiny Taters and Baby Broccoli for dinner.
Blessed Mama's Chocolate Chip Pecan Bars for dessert. Having a stockpile of these in the fridge is like money in the bank (yes, I said it before). However, there is another dessert bar recipe on the horizon that may usurp these...(!)...

I really need to get my butt in gear and make those bars. They would be great to bring to work. I love showing my co-workers how deprived we vegans are. ;)

I had baby broccoli for dinner too! Except I called it broccolini, because that's funnier.

I'm afraid to make BlessedMama's pecan bars...I think I'd go crazy and eat way too many way too fast. I don't have your willpower.

A Chipotle just opened up in Memphis, so when my next free Saturday rolls around I'm heading to WF and Chipotle! :o)
That baby broccoli looks good.
I need to make those bars!
