We've been experiencing some nasty/rainy weather the past few days, so
Bryanna's Mushroom Barley Soup sounded like the ideal soup for the week.

I had a few preview cups for lunch today.

It was easy to make and turned out very well.
Dinner was Boca Burgers w/Tofutti Singles and Roasted Cauliflower on the side.

The soup looks good. Bryanna's recipes have always served me well. Her Italian cookbook was one of the first vegan books I bought.
The soup looks so hearty, wholesome, and delicious--perfect for rainy weather.
Roasted cauliflower = MY CURRENT OBSESSION. It looks super yummy! ;)
