It totally is soup weather, what's up with that???! Sounds pretty good, anyway.
Dinner looks totally perfect too.
Bold move sprinkling the carob chips right into the PB, that can get dangerous. Do you ever make PB sandwiches or use it for a purpose besides dessert?

Nice bagel! Was it shipped down, or bought in a store? I ended up with a couple of tomatoes today, so we'll see if they are good.

Totally legit schmearing technique there! I love "alubias con espinacas" like your lunch- usually its a very thick stew (and one of the few accidentally vegan spanish traditional dishes). Why is it cold again lately??
Fresh tomato on burgers is so good. Did you also have ketchup on there?
Carob chips are something i just don't understand. Great idea with the PB.
I had a not that great vanilla soy ice cream that i jazzed up with some PB i warmed- but you're smart and buy the good ice cream with stuff in it already.

Btw, nooch is officially mainstream! Was a feature on bon appetite 's website today- i just hope this means we will see it more readily available and on more menus...

The bagel looks so great! I am loving adding scallions to my bagel with tofutti by the way! That soup looks amazing! I might have to try my own version of that soup, thanks for showing the ingredients!

Yes please! That bagel is perfection! You definitely have the schmear down, it looks very authentic :) What is going on with the soup weather?! Don't get me wrong, I love soup but last week it was sweltering and now it is sweater weather again!

That tomato looks so damn good. I can't wait to get to the farmer's market for the first time this season to see what I can find!

Hey Now!!!!

FF, I only make PB sandwiches when I am at your Parent's house and the cupboards are bare. I used to eat PB on Banana for breakfast when I went into the office, but otherwise, it is a dessert for me.

Ingrid, the Bagel was shipped hot and fresh from NYC. No comparison in taste.

Unknown, no Ketchup was necessary with all the Tomato. Really tasted good roasted on the Burger. I have a lifetime supply of Carob Chips. Fortunately, I like them well enuf. Cant believe you bought plain soy vanilla with all the options available. I would crumble a Chocolate Chip Cookie in it, or drizzle Kalhua, sprinkle chopped Nuts? I dont see nuthin on Nooch on BonAppetit.Com?

VP, should be an easyish Soup to recreate. Seattle will offer great Soup weather.

Sarah, havent the Farmers Markets opened up there yet? i figure you are just a couple weeks behind us.
