Wednesday, June 3rd

What I really wanted was Cornflakes, but instead made some Home Fries and Field Roast Franks to help make the blog more non-boring...
More of the Heirloom Tomato for lunch and dinner on Girardot's Bakery Olive Bread with Just Mayo. Might have been tastier had I kept the cut Tomato out of the fridge, but I didnt feel like risking it...
More Cashew Milk Ice Cream for dessert...
coming up tomorrow, there is still Tomato to be had. Bye for now.

If you want cornflakes then eat cornflakes!! As always impressive home fries. There's still tomato left?? Must have been the size of a bowling ball... I don't think i've ever been to carneige deli, katz and other bring a bowl of pickles when you sit down instead of bread. Also considered one of their uh...two? Vegan options. Not my favorite place.
I'm impressed you had any more of the ice cream left. Does the Mr just know to keep his mits off of it?

Today was so crazy i never did get green symphony for lunch (thank goodness i have a well stocked desk snack drawer!) my co-worker returns from vaca tomorrow finally-good thing too, i'm goddamned exhausted.

The potatoes do look delicious, but now I have a craving or cornflakes! Ha. I love Just Mayo sooooo much, I think it is hands down the best vegan mayo out there.

Hey Now!!!!

Unknown, the Tomato was a one pounder. There is still some left. I was at the NYC delis in my pregan days (eating Blintzes. We need vegan Blintzes!) No freakin way Mr. SV will ever get any of my Cashew Milk Ice Cream. It is way too precious. I hope your coworker does your job for when you are off. guess your parents will be coming soon to visit.

Other Unknown, thanks. If I ate what I wanted, it would probably be Veggie Burgers and Tater Tots every night, just from laziness.

VP, I feel bad foresaking Vegenaisse after all their great years of service, but Just Mayo is the better product.
