WTF Wednesday

A 'Mini Quiche' $5 from The Randy Radish for breakfast. Creamy Eggless Quiche filled with Zucchini, Carrots, Red Peppers, and Onions. The Randy Radish played a large role in my food today.
TJ's Chipotle Hummus, Tofu and Baby Spinach on Pumpernickel for lunch. This Sandwich was way better than 'eh'.
'Rainbow Pad Thai' $7 from The Randy Radish for dinner. Shredded Cabbage, Carrots, Red Peppers, Spring Onions, Edamame and Zucchini 'Noodles' in Peanut Sauce. Garnished with Hemp & Sesame Seeds.
'Key Lime Pie' $4 from The Randy Radish for dessert. Topped with Rice Whip.
The CSA haul from Potomac Vegetable Farms today was: Peppers, Carrots, Shallots...
Squash, Cucumbers, Eggplant...
Cherry Tomatoes, Basil and Garlic.
Coming up tomorrow: food NOT from the Randy Radish.

I think I am still in "Sexy Vegan Kitchen" mode - I thought you had a "mini quickie" for breakfast.
The key lime pie looks incredible.

Either way, Maud's breakfast or yours would be great. Ha ha!

The Rainbow Pad Thai is really beautiful, I hope it tasted just as good. Holy rice whip, the pie is drool-worthy.

OMG Maud and Ingrid just made me laugh so hard!! The mini quiche looks delicious! You make a mean sandwich and the Rainbow Pad Thai is gorgeous!!! I've been loving lime lately, yum!!

Great CSA haul! Lots of curvature in this box as well :)

That is a great day of food!!
The breakfast quiche (quickie?!?) sounds awesome. Either way ;)
The pumpernickle sandwich with olives is menu worthy amd that rainbow pad thai really sounds amazing and looks so colorful! Pad thai can be so heavy/greasy and i never trust when they say no fish sauce.... Anyways, that pie sounds perfect for summer, never tried a rice whip before.
Great veggies haul there- i keep putting basil in everything!

I've never had key lime pie and have really wanted to try some lately. No luck finding it, so I'll have to find a good recipe. Yours looks perfect!

The Randy Radish really has some great food. The quiche and pad Thai both sound & look excellent. Although, a mini quickie would be just as nice for breakfast. :D ha!

Hey Now!!!

FF, oh behave!

Ingrid, trust me, no quickies or slowies here. The Pie was delightful however.

VaVa, 'curvature'?! What is with everyone today?

Hannah, WHAT? You've never had Key Lime Pie either?

Unknown, I hate to disappoint everyone, but there was only a little Quiche. Tell me what to put the Basil in, I have a ton.

RVs, I believe VegPod blows Randy Radish away. I do not want to go to Wisconsin (no offense), but VegPod makes me want to go to there. Maybe you had better not show anymore of their grub.

That was just a phrase of excitement. I've made my own raw vegan key lime pie, and had non-vegan key lime meringue pie. Do those count?
