The danish looks very ooey gooey & delicious. I hate when batteries die because they always seem to catch me by surprise (does yours not give you much warning, either?).
Re: Cabbage and Seitan recipe - yes, that's it! I hope you try it sometime; it's quite good.
Tofu, potatoes and broccoli sound like a winning lunch to me! The soup does look delicious, and oh boy - the banana bread. . .yum.
Yay for danishes, blackened tofu, mrs. mays and csa soup! What a damn good food day! Very impressive :)
I have a copy of Appetite for Reduction that I don't use. You are more than welcome to it if you'd like it! I like the book but I have too many books that I don't use so let me know if you'd like it!
My life has been gorgeously internet-free and adventure-filled of late, but it pleases my heart that you've been eating deliciously in the meantime.
Hey Now!!!
RVs, my camera did give me warning that the battery was dying but I thought it was faking. Now I will know to recharge even if I disbelieve.
Ingrid, a mental note has been made to try the Cabbage and Seitan Recipe when I get more Cabbage.
VaVa, you are so generous. I have 'Vegan Fusion World Cuisine' I can send you. Not an even trade, but maybe you'll like it.
Hannah, live that real life, Young Lady!
