Lunch looks like it was prepared professionally - well executed! I would have bypassed the artichoke salad and had two slices of pie for dinner. ;)

Nice looking sandwich! Looks really great! The artichoke salad looks really good too. I feel like I'd need something to cut the flavor though. Was it vinegary? That pie looks perfect!

That sandwich does look very nice. I'd never go through the trouble of grating a carrot for a sandwich but maybe I should.
Have you made yr own potato salad? How do you prefer it?

I'm echoing everyone else about the sandwich. It looked like something you got in a restaurant!

Excellent looking pie, as well. They certainly didn't skimp on the apples. Perfect!

Hey Now!!!!!

Ingrid, dang! I wish I knew I had the option of double dessert!

VaVa, yeah, the Artichoke Salad had Balsamic Vinegar and some other ingredients on it. Would've been better room temp than cold.

FF, this was my first time grating a Carrot for anything. The things we do to use up CSA produce...Since you asked: Yes, I've made Potato Salad multiple ways. I prefer it with lots of Vegenaisse and Relish over the Vinegar/ Mustard/ German style. How do you prefer it.

RVs, it is my goal to make a sandwich that looks like it came from a restaurant. Thanks!
