WTF Thursday

TJ's Vegan Cream Cheese with Cucumber on a Wegman's Everything Bagel for breakfast...
More CSA Soup for lunch (I'm not gonna waste it)...
Leftover Pasta Salad from The Randy Radish for afternoon snack...
Gardein Riblets with Steamed Chard for dinner...
A piece of Pina Colada Cheesecake from Vegan Treats via Loving Hut for dessert.
Mr. SVegetarian and I are taking the day off tomorrow.  I have made lunch reservations at a well regarded restaurant. Tune in tomorrow to see if I kept the reservations or got lazy and cancelled.

Oooh reservations, fancypants!! How nice that you are taking the day off! I hope you have a great one and if you make it to lunch I hope it's delicious and lives up to the reputation :)

Great looking meals today. You know I can never say anything bad about a bagel and your veggie packed meals are so pretty. The pasta salad looks delicious!

Pina colada cheesecake?! That sounds yummy!

PINA COLADA CHEESECAKE? I die.
The pasta shapes in the pasta salad are really funny. You ever see that New Yorker cartoon?

Lots of love for your breakfast there. I purposely haven't purchased more Tofutti because I would eat that exact combo for every meal. All the time.

Hooray for days off! I hope you two enjoy yourselves - restaurant or not!

That cheesecake! That would have made my day.

Great to have a long weekend. Have a great time!

When i'm at home all day my meals never look so good! Everything bagels really do have the best sprinkles. I get everything pretzel crisps often. The pile of chard looks tempting somehow, great dark shade of green. Faux meats don't really do it for me but those saucy riblets could change that.... Gorgeous cheesecake slice with some fancy toppings there.
Glad you're taking a day with the hubs- lunch reservations are a convincing reason to leave the house if you ask me!

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, thanks, the restaurant did live up to the reputation! Although, lots better in NYC.

FF, awesome cartoon. I love it.

Ingrid, I have been having the Cucumber and Cream Cheese on a Bagel almost every day. Wonder if I will work up to every meal?

RVs, you had the most incredible Pineapple Cheesecake ever up there in the hinterlands. I still remember it.

Unknown, reservations definitely put the pressure on. In retrospect, I now know that nobody would've given a sh*t if we cancelled.

Bou Shin, it's a great idea for a Cheesecake. Vegan Treats pulled it off very well.

Blessed Mama, Pina Colada Cheesecake brings all the lurkers to my comment section.

Hannah, hell, yeah!

Looking back over your month of posts...a few things:

Pina Colada Cheesecake - I died with Maude.

You have bears come to your backyard?! I would freak! But I guess you get used to it?

I can't believe you aren't a cinnamon roll fan. I think there is not much greater than cheesecake and cinnamon rolls.

Hey Jenny,

I want to keep all the Bears as pets, but I know that is not in their best interest, so I resist. Hope there are lots of vegan Cinnamon Rolls and Cheesecake in your new locale.
