Tuesday, July 16th
Breakfast was a 'Lemon Blueberry Scone' $5 from The Randy Radish. Full of Fresh Blueberries and drizzled with Lemon Icing.
Lunch was the 'Lotus Spicy' and a Spring Roll $7.95 from Lotus Vegetarian Restaurant. Diced Soy Protein sauteed with Dried Tofu, Celery, Organic Carrots, Green and Red Bell Peppers and sprinkled with Peanuts in spicy Kung Pao Sauce.
A large portion of a TJ's Raisin Pecan Chocolate Bar for afternoon snack...
Mr. SVegetarian put his Veggie Chili on Spaghetti with TJ's Meatless Meatballs for dinner.
Back to WFH grub tomorrow.

The lemon icing on that scone is a nice touch! Lunch looks like a great combo with the peanuts and veggies in there. And trader joe's chocolate combos are brilliant- i rarely buy my favorite dk choco covered ginger chunks due to self control issues.....
And omg i can't believe she sent home zak and not drew! I don't think brooks is that into her- aka why she she is soooo "in love" with him. And i think she is still so nice on the show beacuse she is always buzzed/drunk!!

I would like to eat this entire day. It's been too long since I ate a scone, and the Lotus Spicy lunch leaves me speechless. It looks so good.

It might be because it's 10:30pm and I'm starving right now (dinner was at 6!), but today's eats look EPIC.
I used to be able to get a raisin pecan bar around here but then they stopped carrying it. It was so good!
I could totally go for a scone. The one you had looks perfect.

Unknown, I will look for the Dark Chocolate Covered Ginger Chunks next time I'm at TJs. Never had them. I knew she would send home Zak, she totally wasted his and his family's time with visiting his home town. How weird was Chris' family? I want to see more of Des's brother!

RVs, yikes! I can't believe that TJ's would stop carrying the Raisin Pecan Bar! They've had them for years. That would be a tragedy.
