Sunday, July 14th

After sleeping in late, brunch was from The Randy Radish. My 'Chicken Free Cheezsteak' $7 Beyond Meat Chicken Free Strips cooked in Caramelized Onions, Sweet Red Peppers and Mushrooms, then drizzled with Vegan Cheez Sauce and served with a little Vegenaisse. I inhaled this in seconds and then got very sleepy and had to take a nap
Mr. SVegetarian was smart and got himself a cup of 'Ambrosia' $5 Fresh Pineapple, Oranges, Bananas and Dried Tart Cherries Combined with Toasted Coconut and light Juice Dressing.
Chili on Boca Burgers with Oven Fries for dinner (I was wrong about totally different grub from yesterday)...
PPK Banana Bread for dessert.
WFH Grub tomorrow.

A nap inducing meal is a great meal in my book ;) The ambrosia looks really good too! Your oven fries look so delicious and the banana bread is the perfect way to end the day.

Nassau Coliseum is really close to my house... about 15 minutes away :)

The Cheezsteak must've been good if it required a nap shortly after consumption! It certainly looks good.

Excellent choice Mister on the fruit cup, you'll have to get one next time!

Is this a fresh batch of Banana Bread? If not, it looks like it keeps really well!

I think brunch is probably the best invention ever:) haha

That banana bread is begging for a slathering of peanut butter.

Now that is my definition of a successful brunch! Nap-worthy is the ultimate compliment.
The home fries look so good, the bit of skin is a plus if you ask me
I' m impressed by the banana bread- do you freeze it or keep it in the fridge?

I tried that meat sub but wasn't very impressed - do you like it? The only time I had it was at Whole Foods in a sandwich they made for me, and they just piled it on. Maybe it was the quantity that was the turnoff. Perhaps a smaller amount with more veggies would have tipped the scale in its favor.

The cheesesteak and ambrosia are both calling to me. Both look fantastic!

I'm going to be making some more banana bread very soon. I like Hannah's suggestion of slathering it with peanut butter. Totally doing that for breakfast!

Wow. What a cheezsteak. The ambrosia looks great too. Love that there are dried cherries in there.

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, I did make really great Oven Fries this week. Not sure why they turned out so well.

Ingrid, it's still the same original Banana Bread. I hope to try the Marble version next.

GFHTummy, Brunch is even greater when there are Mimosas.

Hannah, I will make sure to slather on the PB with my remaining slices of Banana Bread.

Unknown, the Banana Bread stays fresh in the fridge for weeks on end. That's how vegan grub is.

Blessed Mama, my first Beyond Meat experience gave me a headache. I think it needs to be consumed in small quantities.

RVs, one can make a PB & Banana Bread Sandwich...in the Pudgie!!!

FF, emphasis on the Cherries being 'tart'.
