Saturday, July 6th

Breakfast was at Le Pain Quotidien again. While it's hard to beat their Tofu Scramble $9.95, today I found out it's even better with a side of Avocado $1.95. If only they had Potatoes...
Lunch was at local favorite, Chopstick Cafe. Mr. SVegetarian got the Cucumber Sushi $4 and I got the Avocado Sushi $4. I can't get enough Avocado these days...
My order of the Fried Tofu $5 with Special Peanut Sauce...
CSA Soup for dinner..
WF's Apple Pie for dessert...
I hope for my sake, I eat as well tomorrow.

I hope you eat this well tomorrow, too! Apple pie sounds fantastic. I love avocado, and those are great ways to enjoy it. Special Peanut Sauce and tofu. . .mmmm.

I feel like I say it every day lol but you've been eating so amazingly well lately! Every meal looks so tasty and vibrant and I'm always jealous of them! LPQ looks like it makes a mean tofu scramble and avocado is damn delicious :) The fried tofu looks like yummy puffs of deliciousness and check out all the veggies packed in that soup. I'm impressed by your soup eating abilities in this horrific heat. And hooray for pie!

You could smuggle in your own potatoes.

Man, want tofu with special peanut sauce. Special.

I like the scrambled tofu, although being Italian I would have that for dinner rather than breakfast :-)

Avocado, sushi, peanut sauce and pie? Sounds like a perfect day to me!

Hey Now!!!!

Ingrid, unfortunately, I didn't eat as well today. Maybe tomorrow...

VaVa, the heat is extremely horrific, but so far, not bad enough to keep me from eating. Few things can keep me from eating, even when I sick.

Hannah, smuggling in Potatoes is an excellent suggestion. Although, I don't think I can make Potatoes worthy of being smuggled into a restaurant.

Alessandra, we eat Tofu Scramble for dinner here too. Just not lately.

RVs, it was a perfect food day. I should eat those same things every day.
