Friday, July 26th

Started the day with an Apple Cannele from Le Pain Quotidien...
Lunch was at Le Sandia, where I enjoyed a Margarita De La Casa to start...
Guac made table side...
way too many Chips...
and split the Vegetable Fajitas with my Mother...
My first Tomato of the season was devoured tonight. It did not disappoint.
A Blessed Mama Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookie for dessert.
Here's little Teddy trying to snooze this evening while someone was clicking an annoying gadget in her face.
Hoping to eat out again tomorrow.

Lots of great meals today! Breakfast looks incredible! You can't go wrong starting lunch with a margarita and some gorgeous guac. The fajitas look amazing! The veggies look perfect. Nice tomato too, glad it didn't disappoint! :)

Awe, thank you for the Teddy pic! So sweet! Give them all an extra snuggle for me.

You and Mother had a beautiful lunch! The chips look light and crispy. Mmm. I'm heading to the Farmer's Market in the morning, hopefully we have some beautiful tomatoes ready for enjoying.

Omg teddy is adorable!! She looks very chilled out.
That margarita looks perfect- i never understood the anti salt rim people. The guacamole looks legit, and the whole point of guacamole is the chips! Nice that mom went veg to share with you, i always love interactive food like fajitas.
Those tomato slices are such a deep color i can tell they must have been perfectly ripe. I have been known to buy a pint of cherry tomatoes at the market and polish them off before i even get home. So now i just buy two :)

I agree with everyone, Teddy is adorable! I'm glad you're posting critter pics again. When will we see one of you?

The tomato looks perfect. If only we could get delicious tomatoes in the winter. Love your breakfast, as well and lunch with your mom sounds wonderful.

The cannele! The margarita (now THAT is how to do a salt rim)! The guac, the tomato, the cookie! Scrolling down, I thought, this is an excellent day of food. And Teddy looks like such a sweetie.

The tomato looks great. You ate it plain? It's also impossible not to eat too many chips at a Mexican restaurant. Do they come to the table free, or did you order them?

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, if you stop blogging, how will we see Tyler and Eddie? Can your Sister-In-Law start blogging now?

Ingrid, the Teddy pic was for you. She spends a lot of time snoozing. You should definitely find Tomatoes at the Farmers Market now. Maybe Corn too.

Unknown, Mom got pretty drunk off her one Sangria. Doubt she knew what she was eating. Glad to know you're enjoying some good produce.

RVs, Teddy really earns her keep with 24/7 adorableness. If only she'd continue to chillax when the camera goes on like your girls do.

Sara, they restaurant did get a lot of salt to adhere to the rim of the glass. I should've gotten a 'to go' container just for the salt.

FF, the Tomato Sandwich had a light schmear of WF's Red Pepper Hummus. The Chips are 'libre'.
