WTF Monday

It was a rainy nasty morning, so I opted to stay home. Kashi Strawberry Fields and Flaxseed Milk for breakfast...
'The Veg' $5.95 Curried Hummus, Lettuce, Tomato and Cucumber on Ciabatta from South Street Under for lunch...
Gardein Chick'n Scallopini with Mac & Cheese from Dawson's Market for dinner....
The other half a piece of Yellow Cake with Chocolate Frosting from Dawson's Market for dessert.
Absolutely must get my *ss into the office tomorrow.

Oh dear heavens, that strawberry looks like something that would spill from someone's body during a Game of Thrones battle scene. *shudder*

The mac and cheese looks good, though.

Hahahaha Hannah's strawberry comment made me laugh out loud. That's hilarious. The hummus sandwich looks delicious, I LOVE ciabatta bread. The mac and cheese looks delicious as always and your chick'n looks all fancy! Did you add the lemon and capers? Very nice looking plate! The cake looks really good too. Even if all of the ingredients aren't listed.

It's the magic strawberries that rehydrate! That sandwich sounds really amazing- love the tomato chunk in there. What is really funny is i browsed your link to the menu and they have a side of "curried chick peas", very economical to also have a curried hummus!
Fancy dinner there- i love any excuse to eat capers. (Or olives. Or pickles. Or pickled anything).

Hey Now!!!!

Hannah, well at least it's good to know they have 'Game of Thrones' on in Canada.

VaVa, yes, I added the Lemon & Capers to the Chick'n to make it look like the pic on the bag.

Unknown, I didn't notice the side of Curried Chickpeas on the menu! They must mash them up 'a la minute' when someone orders 'The Veg' Sandwich. I hope the Capers make up for the Banana pic you'll soon be seeing.
